It’s summertime, so everyone is in search of concerts, music, and fun! The good news is that there are always a ton of musical majesties going down in Jax. I can’t even cover all of these concerts because there are so, so many! But I picked the best ones, so read on to find the good stuff, for both you and all your pals.

JULY

Train & The Goo Goo Dolls – July 9th – Train AND the fricken Goo Goo Dolls?! That’s right!!! Two of the greatest rock bands, EVER, are co-headlining a summer tour together and taking the stage at Daily’s Place! They have been traveling all across the U.S, and I hear it’s been amazing. So we all know that Jax will be the best concert yet!

Mary J. Blige – July 14th – If anyone has ever jammed out or danced to some poppin’ Mary J. Blige, then you KNOW her music is GOOD. She is coming to Daily’s Place and is ready for us to take her as she is! (‘Take Me As I Am’ is one of her songs, y’all). Grab your friends, get your tickets, and get ready to have some fun!

The Rolling Stones – July 17th – Rescheduled from their original concert date of April 24th, the Rolling Stones are going to tear up the stage in Jacksonville at TIAA Bank Field! This band is QUITE popular, and if you love any of their well-known songs, I suggest you get a ticket.

Dierks Bentley – July 18th –  With his Burning Man Tour, Dierks Bentley will ‘light up’ the stage, quite literally. (Well, not literally, but the pun was great.) Brad Paisley – August 16th – American country singer and songwriter, Brad Paisley, is another STAR showing his face in Jacksonville this summer, at Daily’s Place! Colt Ford – August 21st – Country music rapper, singer, songwriter, entrepreneur, and former professional golfer, (what an array of talents), Colt Ford is showcasing his talent in Jax Beach at Surfer! You can delight in some amazing cocktails and beer while you watch this guy tear it up.

(Surfer the Bar // 7:30 pm // $30)

Chris Brown – August 30th – One of this generation’s most LEGENDARY artists, (I know a lot of people hate him, but for those of you who love him…) CHRIS BROWN will be in Jax! Tickets are still currently on pre-sale and the price is a mystery. So if you want to ball out because you love this guy, I can’t give you a price quite yet but I CAN say the show will be dope.

Amazing musical talent, aspiring artists, and different venues…Man, the music this summer will be incredible. Do yourself a favor and get a ticket to, at least, one of these awesome shows in Jax!
